These snack pictures were recently sent to our sales manager by an Indian client. We can see in these snack pictures that customers are very satisfied with the products they have made, so they hired a professional photographer to take these pictures. These products include face-shaped snacks, crescent-shaped snacks, tennis racket-shaped snacks, letter-shaped snacks, animal-shaped snacks, etc. The machine for making these snacks is a snack production line with our single-screw 100 extruder as the core machine. Although the output is not as large as the twin-screw extruder, due to the different screw structure and extrusion method, the single-screw extruder is more suitable for 3D snacks, pasta, artificial rice and edible straws, and the product quality is significantly better than snacks made from twin screw extruders.

The output of this 3D food production line is 120-200kg/h. The whole production line includes a mixing machine, a screw conveyor, a single screw extruder, a cutting machine, a hoister, a oven and a cooling conveyor.
